Committed to shared leadership inclusive of teachers and students, Amy is passionate about a learning organization that reflects equity and excellence for all students, the collective capacity of the professional staff, and engaged community partners.
Amy’s work at Harwood also included collaborating with students within the school’s shared leadership team to create a “passage presentation” for ninth graders that provides a structure for using personalized learning plans and digital portfolios as vehicles for meeting Vermont’s statewide proficiency-based graduation requirements.
